Step 1: With the scheduler open click on the patient and visit for which you wish to record a co-pay and click "Collect Co-Pay".

Step 2: A small box will appear into which you will enter the amount of the client payment. If known, the payment amount will automatically be filled in with the the per visit co-pay. If you wish to enter another amount simply click on the white box next to "Payment Amount" and change the value to the desired amount. After recording the payment amount and check number (if the payment is by check) click "Ok".
